Shipping policy

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $200 within Australia. This offer is automatically applied at checkout and is based on the total value of your order after any discounts. Orders under $200 will incur a flat-rate shipping fee, which will be displayed at checkout. Please note, this offer is available to Australian customers only and excludes bulky or oversized items where additional shipping charges may apply.

All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars unless otherwise stated.

Delivery Locations and Charges
Products are delivered worldwide using Australia Post and StarTrack. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.
Note: Currently, we are unable to ship to the USA. We apologise for any inconvenience.

In Australia, orders can be delivered to a street address, PO Box, Post Offices, or Parcel Lockers. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, we will request that Australia Post leave your package in a safe place. Ground Dogs will not be held responsible for packages that go missing if no one is home at the time of delivery.

Order Confirmation
Once your order has been placed and payment confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail from Ground Dogs to confirm that we have received your order in our system. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase.
If your items are on backorder or unavailable, we will be in contact with you via e-mail or phone to discuss the options available to you.

Delivery Dispatch
Orders are despatched within 2 business days, however, during peak times, your order may take up to 3 business days to be despatched.
Shipping times are estimated at between 3-10 business days depending on your location within Australia and 5-21 days internationally and could take longer if held up in customs. Please be aware deliveries outside of metropolitan areas may take longer.

Tracking Orders
Once your order has been despatched, you will be notified by email and provided with the carrier details and a tracking number. You can track your order online.
Note: Ground Dogs cannot be held liable for delivery delays incurred by the shipping company or customs (where applicable).
