All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars unless otherwise stated.

 

Customer Service Policy

Ground Dogs is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct.  If an ordered item is not available, or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder, or a full refund.

 

Exchange, Returns, and Refunds Policy

Please choose carefully before you buy. Refunds will not be given for change of mind purchases.

It is important that you check all items received are what you have ordered. If you have received an incorrect item, DO NOT USE OR OPEN IT. We will not accept any returns or provide refunds for items that have been opened, tampered with, or not in their original and unused condition ready for re-sale. If an incorrect item has been received, Ground Dogs will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you, as well as the return postage of the incorrect item (usually a return prepaid satchel will be sent to you) at no cost to you.

If your order arrives and is missing an item, please contact us within 2 business days of delivery via email at support@grounddogs.com.au, with details of the missing items. We may ask for photographs of what you have received. Rest assured, for any missing items, we will work with you to rectify the issue as quickly as possible.

PLEASE NOTE: Standard postage fees apply to all return orders. Where the return relates to a faulty or damaged item, the replacement product will be sent out to you, at no charge, within 5 working days from the date we receive the faulty or damaged product.

When returning your product, please make sure you provide the following details:

  • Your full name and delivery address
  • Your phone number and E-mail address
  • Your order number
  • Reason why you are returning the product
  • Your instructions informing us how you would like the issue resolved.

 
Please include the original order confirmation or invoice you received with your product. If you haven’t previously provided a contact phone number, please include this with your return. This will ensure the issue is resolved quickly, should anyone need to contact you.

 

Warranty 

Ground Dogs™ stands behind its gear and offers a Lifetime Warranty* on all Ground Dogs™ products. 

*Ground Dogs range of pegs are designed to be used with a drill driver. Use of an impact driver will void your warranty. Misuse or abuse of the Ground Dogs products will not be covered by the Lifetime Warranty.

 

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 2 business days of delivery and do not throw it away as we will require proof that the item has been damaged. Please email us images of the damaged item at support@grounddogs.com.au .

 

Australian Consumer Law and Your Rights

No products sold in Australia online or from a store are excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and you are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
